If you’re planning a trip to Mammoth Cave National Park (and you totally should), this is the spot you want to call home base. Cave Country RV Campground is one of the cleanest, most well-run parks we’ve stayed at—and it’s just 5 miles from the park entrance. 

The sites are level and spacious, and the staff here genuinely goes out of their way to make sure you’re taken care of. They even escort you to your site!

It’s big-rig friendly with wide interior roads and easy back-in or pull-through sites. And if you’re traveling with a pup, they’ll love the huge fenced-in dog park—one of the biggest we’ve seen at any private campground.
