Roadtrek creates $22.5 million credit facility

KITCHENER, Ontario -- Roadtrek Motorhomes Inc., announced today it completed several transactions Dec. 31 to establish a $22.5 million in credit facilities from a consortium of new and existing lenders.

 
Outdoor industry reports strong retail sales in November

BOULDER, Colo. -- Retail sales for all core outdoor stores combined (chain, Internet and specialty) gained 2 percent compared to last November, moving from $406 million to $412 million, according to the most recent edition of the Outdoor Industry Association's Outdoor Topline Report, produced for OIA by the Leisure Trends Group.

WASHINGTON -- The Government Services Administration, in cooperation with the Federal Emergency Management Association, announced this week they are accepting bids on a single lot of FEMA units manufactured in the wake of Hurricane Katrina. A total of 21,012 travel trailers, 886 park models and 737 mobile homes will be awarded to the highest bidder.

JUNCTION CITY, Ore. -- The assets of Country Coach RV will be auctioned beginning at 9 a.m. Feb. 4, according to information filed with the bankruptcy court. Assets to be auctioned include equipment, inventory and furnishings.

JACKSON CENTER, Ohio -- On Dec. 22, Thor Industries, Inc., entered into a credit agreement with Marcus Lemonis, Stephen Adams, in his individual capacity, and Stephen Adams and his successors, as trustee under the Stephen Adams Living Trust, pursuant to which the Thor Industries loaned $10 million to the borrowers.
